Individual lobsters branded with the Clean Green Trade Mark have met world’s best practices from the point of harvest to the point of consumption.

Only those individual lobsters harvested for cold southern Australian waters meeting specific product specifications have been tagged and traced through the supply chain (pot to plate) to provide you with the confidence in quality and origin of the product.
