In our CHEF NEWS EIGHT we presented three excellent new hot recipes that can be served to equal acclaim as entré/appetisers or canapés. Whilst their basis is firmly in the South East Asian and Chinese kitchens the balance is subtle and refined and doesn't overwhelm the equisite clean taste of the rocklobster.
