Only those individual rocklobsters harvested for cold southern Australian waters meeting specific product specifications have been tagged and traced through the supply chain (pot to plate) to provide you with the confidence in quality and origin of the product.

Simple. Each seafood product that we offer is sourced directly from the fisher or farmer. There are no middle men or independent brokers! This means that every seafood product we ship goes from fisher/farmer to the consumer in the shortest time possible, meaning superior freshness and quality.

There is no better way to get your seafood fresh and direct.

This truly unique supply chain means that supply can be affected from time to time by weather storms, harvesting programs and commercial airline delays. Because our program is truly a fisher / farmer direct, SRL doesn't hold inventory!
