The Clean Green Program for Australian Southern Rocklobster is based on purposely developed Australian Product Standard. The Standard is designed to ensure World’s Best Practice for the environment and boat and food safety.

Compliance with the Clean Green Product Standard requires Certification by a 3rd Party. Entities that are certified to operate in the Clean Green Program are also subject to ongoing auditing.
