Indulgent yet healthy

While Australian Southern Rocklobsters are the embodiment of pure indulgence, they are wonderfully healthy as well. 

Australia’s National Heart Foundation has given its tick of approval to fresh lobster because they contain valuable nutrients and have a low fat content.

Lobster contains Omega-3 oil, which contains high levels of the essential fatty acids EPA (eicosapentaenoic acid) and DHA (docosahexaenoic acid). Both DHA and EPA are pivotal in helping prevent heart disease, cancer – including breast cancer - and many other diseases.

And of course, living in the Southern Ocean you can be assured that the Southern Rocklobster is as pure and unadulterated as these pristine waters are.
